Why it exists

We were being asked the same urgent questions at the same difficult moment.

We began helping clients, friends and friends of friends who were about to sign, release funds or agree a construction start without a clear view across the project. The same avoidable surprises kept appearing.

We would rather owners spend their budget on the project and good design than on delay, duplicated work or commitments made too early. If the free check gives you a green position, great, we have done our job. If it does not, or you cannot work out what best to do next, the Decision Pack or a conversation with us is available. Because the check is already complete, both sides can get up to speed quickly.

Who reviews the paid work

Anthony is responsible for professional interpretation of the assessment, the Decision Position and the written route forward. Evidence verification is reserved for the separate Resolution Plan or another defined professional appointment.
